Hence, here at FS, our Sport nutritionist assesses your condition, help you know how to lose weight/ gain weight or manage your condition, develop custom diet plans for you and help you follow the plan and make changes to it over time.
We provide a personalized diet plan to the clients as per their physical condition followed by the daily requirement of the body as per body type. Weight gain, muscle gain, fat loss; any of the individual goal is first of all taken into consideration & thereafter diet is prescribed as per the same. With continuous sessions with an individual, we work together to find out where you may be going wrong, what food groups you are lacking or eating too much, what your body needs and how to adopt a suitable plan. In case if you are concerned that you may be lacking in the motivation and diet knowledge or suffering from any deficiency or may have an intolerance to a food, we are there to advise as per individual requirement.
